Change in the Executive Board of Hager + Elsässer GmbH

As from 1 October 2011, Mr. Frank-Michael Hahn (51) was appointed as Commercial Manager of Hager + Elsässer GmbH.

Mr. Hahn has been working since 1981 in the field of general plant construction and was, in the position as attorney, many years responsible for the project management and purchase at the M + W Group in Stuttgart.

Mr. Eckhard Rau who was previously Commercial Manager of Hager + Elsässer GmbH for ten years will operate from now on as Managing Director and CFO of STULZ H+E Group.

We thank Mr. Rau for his long-term commitment to Hager + Elsässer GmbH and are pleased to welcome Mr. Hahn as a new member of the executive board.
