Pharmaceutical water in Turkey

HAGER + ELSÄSSER received the order to build a new plant for generation, storage and distribution of purified water for Bayer Turk Kimya San.Ltd.Sti., Istanbul.

The most challenging part of the project was the drinking water supply in Istanbul. In times of water shortage, the electrical conductivity of the feed water might rise up to 2500 µS/cm and even higher.

HAGER + ELSÄSSER therefore chose a conceptual design reliably ensuring the compliance with the PW specification in any situation. 

This latest contract contributes to the projected expansion of HAGER + ELSÄSSER in the pharmaceutical water sector in Turkey.
