Maintenance

Our maintenance package comprises the following:
- Inspection of the water treatment plants for their working condition, with information about any potential for optimisation and instruction about its exploitation.
- Inspection of the plant’s process, mechanical and electrical systems.
- Examination of the treatment effect by means of water analyses directly on site, fine adjustment of the plant for adaptation to changed water conditions.
- Training of the staff in the operation of the plant.
- Advice on all issues of water treatment technology.
- Detailed status report with proposals for further plant operation.

Replacement service
If desired by you, we’ll also carry out replacement of spare parts and operating supplies such as resins and membranes.
Repairs
In the event of a fault, we are at your disposal as a competent partner at currently 20 service locations. You can reach a contact person day and night via our hotline.
Our staff has long years of experience with all water treatment issues. Their high qualification is ensured by continuous advanced education.
Training
We would be pleased to train your operating staff in the safe operation of your plants. The training courses are held directly at your plant by experienced staff and include detailed training documentation.
